Opportunity for Juniors
Applications for the 2019 Rural Electric Youth Tour are now being accepted by Clark Energy for high school juniors whose families are members of the co-op.

Eight semifinalists will be chosen to represent their respective schools at the Frankfort Youth Tour on March 5, 2019, along with other students from the state.
Four will then be selected from the semifinalists to represent Clark Energy on an all-expenses-paid trip to Washington, D.C., June 14-20, 2019.
These students will travel with other sponsored youth and Kentucky co-op employed chaperones to Washington, D.C., where they will tour landmarks of the Capital City and learn more about how government works.
Included on the tour will be visits to Monticello, Capitol Hill, Smithsonian Institution, Arlington National Cemetery, Washington Cathedral, National Holocaust Museum, Library of Congress, U.S. Capitol Building, the White House and many more places of interest.
