GRC has earned the College Board's AP® Computer Science Female Diversity Award for expanding young women's access to AP Computer Science A.
The award acknowledges 1,020 schools for their work toward equal gender representation during the 2020-21 school year. GRC is one of only 199 schools to be recognized for achieving 50% or higher female representation in AP CSA.
According to College Board, providing female students with access to computer science courses is critical to ensuring gender parity in the industry’s high-paying jobs and to drive innovation, creativity, and representation.
