Cline named assistant principal

Diana Cline

Mrs. Diana Cline has been named Assistant Principal at George Rogers Clark High School.


Mrs. Cline brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to our school community with 16 years of experience in education, including eight years in administration.


Previously serving as an Assistant Principal for six years at Bath County High School, she has held the position of Deputy Superintendent of Bath County Schools for the past two years.


During her tenure, Mrs. Cline's primary focus was on enhancing academic excellence within Bath County Schools.


Under her leadership, the district was recognized as the sixth most improved district in the state based on the Kentucky Summative Assessment (KSA).


Mrs. Cline and her husband, Philip Dettwiller, have five daughters: Madison, Taylor, Hannah, Kellie, and Lane.


Mrs. Cline is beyond thrilled for this new opportunity to join the Clark County Public Schools family, and she is eagerly looking forward to the rewarding work ahead of her.
