Please join us in welcoming Dr. Chelsey Highley to the administrative team at GRC as an assistant principal.
Dr. Highley currently resides in Bath County with her husband, Jordan, and children, Karson and Stella.
Dr. Highley has a myriad of experiences that she brings with her to GRC. She has most recently served in Bath County, teaching Criminal Justice, as well as working as an adjunct instructor at Murray State University.
Prior to entering the teaching field, Dr. Highley was a Pretrial Officer as well as a Probation & Parole Officer with the state of Kentucky. Dr. Highley brings with her a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Counseling, Masters of Arts in School Administration, Masters of Arts in Teaching, Masters of Science in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice.
“I am so excited about this opportunity at GRC," Dr. Highley said. "I firmly believe that all of our students can succeed if given the right tools. I am honored to be able to work with faculty and staff to enhance their abilities to help our students be successful."
